3) How we use personal data
We use personal data to:
Provide and improve our services, sites, and apps
Evaluate and onboard creators; match creators to briefs; manage KOL relationships
Plan and operate content productions, event activations, and overseas media trips
Communicate with you (service messages, updates, marketing with your consent or as permitted by law)
Measure campaign performance, run analytics, prevent fraud and abuse
Fulfil contracts and legal obligations; maintain records; handle disputes
Legal bases (where applicable, e.g., EU/UK): consent, contract performance, legitimate interests (e.g., running and growing our business, securing our services, reporting on campaign performance), compliance with legal obligations, and vital interests (e.g., emergencies during travel).
4) Cookies, analytics, and ads
We use cookies and similar technologies to run the site, remember preferences, and analyze traffic. Some partners may provide measurement or advertising services that infer interests from your interactions. You can manage cookies in your browser settings and, where available, in our cookie banner.
Global Privacy Control (GPC): If your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of “sale”/“sharing” for cross-context advertising where required by law.
5) When we share data
We share personal data with:
Service providers/processors (hosting, analytics, email/SMS tools, payment and invoicing, travel booking agents, production vendors, insurance for trips)
Brand clients (campaign deliverables and performance reports, where relevant)
Legal, safety, and compliance (if required by law, to protect rights, safety, or enforce agreements)
Business transfers (in the context of a merger, acquisition, or financing)
We do not sell personal data for money. Some jurisdictions consider certain analytics/advertising disclosures a “sale” or “share”—see Your Rights (below) for opt-out options.
6) International transfers
We operate globally. Your data may be stored or processed in countries outside your own (including Singapore, the EU, the UK, the US, Australia, and others). We use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers, such as contractual protections and requiring vendors to meet comparable standards.
7) Data retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described, for the duration of any contract, and to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. When retention is no longer required, we delete or anonymise data.
8) Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9) Your privacy choices & rights
Your rights depend on your location. Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:
Access the personal data we hold about you
Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
Delete/erase your data
Port your data to another service
Object to or restrict certain processing
Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

To exercise rights, email privacy@atlasmediagroup.com with your request and enough information to verify your identity. We will respond within the time required by law.
Creators on client campaigns: where we act as a processor for a brand, we may redirect your request to that brand/controller.
10) Region-specific information
Singapore (PDPA): You may request access and correction, and withdraw consent at any time (subject to legal/contractual limits). For overseas transfers, we take steps to ensure a comparable standard of protection. Singapore’s Do Not Call rules may apply to marketing messages.
EU/EEA & UK (GDPR/UK GDPR): Atlas Media Group is the controller for our direct activities. You may contact us to exercise GDPR rights listed above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
United States (including California): If you are a California resident, you may have CPRA rights to know/access, delete, correct, opt out of sale/sharing, and limit use/disclosure of sensitive personal information. We do not sell personal information for money. To opt out of “sale”/“sharing,” use your browser’s GPC signal or contact us. We do not knowingly process personal information of children under 16 for targeted advertising.
Brazil (LGPD), Australia, Canada, and others: We honor rights comparable to access, correction, deletion, portability, and objection where provided by local law. You may file complaints with your local data authority.
11) Children’s privacy
Our services are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age required by local law (e.g., 13 in the US, 16 in parts of the EU) without appropriate consent. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us to request deletion.
12) Events, photography & media trips
When you attend our events or trips, we may capture photos/video and use them for documentation and marketing with appropriate notice. For overseas media trips, we process only the travel information needed for bookings, safety, insurance, and visa support, and we restrict access to authorized personnel and vendors.
13) Automated decisions & profiling
We may use analytics and scoring to help match creators to briefs or to prioritise outreach. These processes do not produce legal or similarly significant effects without human review. You can object where applicable by contacting us.
14) Third-party links and platforms
Our services may link to third-party sites or embed third-party tools (e.g., social platforms, analytics, ad networks). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
